Beasts From Before recounts an anthology of seven characters, each plagued by a desire for abundance. This desire draws them into a life of excess, resulting in their eventual and painful downfall. With references to the seven deadly sins, folk tales, and shared ancient myth, this collection captures a new type of fairytale that challenges broad assumptions of modern life and humanity’s true nature.
